Healthy Chocolate Dessert Recipes to Love
Let’s just get this out of the way: I absolutely love chocolate.
Chocolate is one of my go-to sweet treats. And, if I’m not careful, my sweet tooth kicks in causing me to crave more. You know I’ll be the first person to stand against consuming too much sugar (for many different health reasons) which is why I’ve whipped up these decadent desserts I can feel good about indulging in on occasion — especially on Valentine’s Day!
Most of these healthy chocolate recipes contain just five ingredients or less, are sweetened without processed sugar, are paleo, vegan and (of course) gluten-free! Aside from a tablespoon here-and-there of maple syrup or honey, these healthy chocolate recipes get their rich flavor from raw cacao or cocoa powder.
