How Online Ordering Works

  • We require a minimum of $70 per order (which is ~5 items).
  • For Delivery on Fridays, orders must be placed on Wednesdays by Midnight
  • For Delivery on Mondays, orders must be placed on Saturdays by Midnight.
  • We offer free pickup at Lotus Hot Yoga on Mondays and Fridays at 9am.
  • We deliver on Mondays and Friday mornings between 8-11am for a $5 delivery fee. (Scheduled drop off times cannot be guaranteed.)

All meals on this menu are also available for private catering events or business lunches.

Instructions on Reheating Your Prepped Items

Note: Meals can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days before reheating. The meals can be kept in the freezer for up to 4 months before reheating.

 Meals

Squahetti with Meatballs

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Place parchment paper onto a sheet pan.
  2. Take the frozen bowl with the lid on, and run hot water on the black bottom for 30 seconds. This will allow the meal to easily come out of the container frozen. Pop the frozen meal out and onto the sheet pan.
  3. Place the sheet pan with the meal into the oven to reheat for 20-25 minutes, or until warmed through. 
  4. Once reheated, remove the sheet pan from the oven. 
  5. You can put the reheated meal back into the black bowl, or on any serving dish that you desire. Enjoy warm!

*You can also microwave the bowl, thawed and uncovered for 3-4 minutes, or until heated through. 

Lentil Stew  

  1. Let the stew bowl defrost overnight in the refrigerator.
  2. Preheat a large pan on medium high heat. Add all of the stew ingredients and ¼ cup filtered water, and cook for 4-5 minutes, or until heated through. Make sure you stir constantly while the stew reheats.
  3. Once the stew is reheated, pour it back into the bowl container. 
  4. Enjoy it warm!

*You can also microwave the bowl uncovered for 3-4 minutes, or until heated through.

Beef Stew  (nut free)

  1. Let the stew bowl defrost overnight in the refrigerator.
  2. Preheat a large pan on medium high heat. Add all of the stew ingredients and ¼ cup filtered water, and cook for 4-5 minutes, or until heated through. Make sure you stir constantly while the hash reheats.
  3. Once the stew is reheated, pour it back into the bowl container. 
  4. Enjoy it warm!

*You can also microwave the bowl uncovered for 3-4 minutes, or until heated through.

Chef’s Bowl

Breakfast

Turkey Gravy Hash

  1. Let the hash bowl defrost overnight in the refrigerator.
  2. Preheat a large pan on medium high heat. Add all of the hash ingredients and ¼ cup filtered water, and cook for 4-5 minutes, or until heated through. Make sure you stir constantly while the hash reheats.
  3. Once the hash is reheated, pour it back into the bowl container. 
  4. Enjoy it warm!

*You can also microwave the bowl uncovered for 3-4 minutes, or until heated through. 

Pancakes with Berries 

  1. Let the pancake bowl defrost overnight in the refrigerator.
  2. Preheat a large pan on medium high heat. Spray lightly with pan spray, and add all three pancakes to the pan. Cook on each side for 2-3 minutes, until heated through. Place back into the bowl when the pancakes are reheated. 
  3. You can then heat the berries, or eat them cold with the pancakes. 
  4. Pour the maple syrup over the pancakes, or dip the pancakes into the maple syrup. Enjoy!

*You can also microwave the bowl without the maple syrup container and uncovered for 3-4 minutes, or until heated through. 

Superfood Smoothies- pumpkin spice, anti inflammatory, or sweet potato pie

  1. Pour the liquid (almond milk or orange juice) and the frozen superfoods into a high powered blender. Blend on the smoothie setting for 1 minute, then turn off the blender. Wipe down the sides with a spatula, put the lid back on and turn the blender on again, for 30 more seconds. 
  2. Pour the smoothie into a cup, and use a metal straw if you have one. 
  3. Enjoy immediately!

Overnight Seeds and Oats 

  1. Place the thawed overnight seeds and oats into a small pot with ¼ cup filtered water. Turn on the heat to medium high heat. Stirring constantly for 4-5 minutes, or until heated through.  
  2. Pour back into the container or a bowl, and enjoy warm!

*You can also microwave the bowl without the maple syrup container and uncovered for 3-4 minutes, or until heated through.

 Soups

Vegetable Red Curry 

  1. Run hot water around the curry container for 10-20 seconds, until the soup is easy to remove from the container. Pour the frozen curry in a medium size soup pot, add ¼ cup of filtered water.
  2. Turn the heat to medium, cover the pot and stir occasionally until the soup is melted and heated through. About 8 minutes.
  3. Serve hot and enjoy! 

Tomato Bisque 

  1. Run hot water around the soup container for 10-20 seconds, until the soup is easy to remove from the container. Pour the frozen soup in a medium size soup pot, add ¼ cup of filtered water.
  2. Turn the heat to medium, cover the pot and stir occasionally until the soup is melted and heated through. About 8 minutes.
  3. Serve hot and enjoy! 

Beef Chili

  1. Run hot water around the soup container for 10-20 seconds, until the soup is easy to remove from the container. Pour the frozen chili in a medium size soup pot, add ¼ cup of filtered water.
  2. Turn the heat to medium, cover the pot and stir occasionally until the soup is melted and heated through. About 8 minutes.
