Individual Wellness Consultations – $300
All of Chef Kimber Dean’s Services for Wellness Consultations are customized to each client. Phone or in person consultations are up to 60 minutes. She will discuss solutions to sustaining a healthy diet and lifestyle.
How Chef Kimber can help: recipes, dietary information, medical professionals to follow, herbs and essential oils to use, vitamin/mineral recommendations with you. She can also create a specialized menu with a grocery list and/or meal prepping for an additional fee. Some clients prefer to just receive information and recipes specific to their dietary restrictions, and stop service there. Others continue service by having Chef Kimber make meals to deliver to them or to have her come over to their home to meal prep with them.
*If purchased you will receive a $150 discount towards Meal Prep at your home. Must be purchased within six months of the consultation.
Meal Preparation at the Client’s Home – $450
Chef Kimber Dean will start with a phone or in person consultations for up to 60 minutes. All meal preparation appointments are customized for each individual client.
What’s included: personalized menus to address all your health goals, all recipes used, nutrition information, grocery lists, coming to their home to prepare the meal together. Some clients ask for her services to do the grocery shopping (additional $50) and clean up after the meal prep is done (additional $100). Meal prepping in person usually takes 2 – 3 hours depending on how much food is requested to be prepped. Most clients have enough food to last them two to three weeks. She will also discuss how the meals are freezer friendly and how to reheat them. 
Restaurant/Business Consultation – starting $400
Chef Kimber Dean does business consulting for food/beverage companies, independent contractors in the food and yoga community, yoga teachers, restaurant owners, and private chefs. The fee is $100 per hour, and is customized for the professional seeking her service. Chef Kimber has helped many health food restaurant owners on their journey with her extensive knowledge from Nourish Cafe & Market.
Adult Cooking Classes – starting at $350
Chef Kimber’s popular cooking classes are back! From desserts, to bagels, to sushi or salads with dressings, she wants to cook with you! You customize your menu making 2-4 recipes in a 2 hour window. This price includes food and a kitchen location to use for up to 12 people. She can add wine pairings, or yoga to your cooking class for whatever your party desires. The best part is, Chef Kimber does all the clean up! This had been very popular for girls night out, business team buildings, birthday parties, and more!
