No-Bake Chocolate Oat Bar

Makes 10 Bars!

No-Bake Chocolate Oat Bar

Ingredients:

  • 3⁄4 cup Coyo yogurt
  • 1⁄2 cup water, warm
  • 1⁄2 cup maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1⁄3 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 4 cup oats, quick cook *make sure gluten free
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon sea salt
  • For the chocolate:
    • 1⁄4 cup coconut oil, melted
    • 1⁄4 cup maple syrup
    • 1⁄3 cup raw cacao

Directions:

  1. Grease an 8×8” pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the yogurt, water, maple, vanilla and coconut oil with a whisk until incorporated.
  3. Add oats and sea salt to wet ingredients and mix until incorporated. Pour mixture into the prepared pan. Place pan in the refrigerator.
  4. In a small bowl whisk together coconut oil and maple.
  5. Add raw cacao and whisk until smooth and shiny. (May take a minute to whisk to shiny.)
  6. Take pan out of the refrigerator, pour chocolate over bars and spread evenly over top. Wrap with plastic wrap and place back in the refrigerator for 2 hours to overnight.
  7. Cut into 10 bars, serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
