Staying Happy and Healthy During My Pregnancy

As you may know I am a Chef, Yoga Instructor and Author of Happy Food Cookbook. I am also the creater and owner of Happy Food Catering. I love all aspects of my career because I get to help people learn healthier ways of living that become a lifestyle rather than an unefficient diet that fades. I have helped people loose weight, come back to health from certain illnesses and stop taking prescritption medication for chronic pain that is now lessened or completely gone. I have so much gratitude for the path I have taken, and I hope to help a lot more people in the future.

Now it is my turn to take even more care of myself. I recently found out that I am pregnant with my first child, and I will have a new addition to my family in January 2016. This has been a very happy experience with many challenges as well. I have been very nauseous and tired during this first trimester. I have had a lot of different cravings that I have had to make healthy so my body doesn’t hurt from gluten, dairy or other processed foods that I am not used to eating. I am continuing to teach and practice yoga for as long as my body will let me.

Stay tuned for all my posts about the “happy” food I will be creating to satisfy my cravings and all the yoga I will be continuing to practice for the next 6 months.
