Peppermint Truffles Raw | Vegan
Ingredients:
- 1 c cacao powder, sifted
- ½ c maple
- ½ c coconut oil
- 1 ½ tsp peppermint extract
- Pinch of sea salt
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in a metal mixing bowl with whisk until smooth, shiny and without any lumps.
- Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Using a 1 ounce scoop, scoop all the truffles onto a cookie sheet tray that is lined with parchment paper. *If the chocolate is too hard, let it sit out for 5-10 minutes to scoop easier. If the chocolate is soft, put back into the refrigerator until firm enough to scoop.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
