Peppermint Truffles Raw | Vegan

Peppermint Truffles Raw | Vegan

Ingredients:

  • 1 c cacao powder, sifted
  • ½ c maple
  • ½ c coconut oil
  • 1 ½ tsp peppermint extract
  • Pinch of sea salt

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a metal mixing bowl with whisk until smooth, shiny and without any lumps.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. Using a 1 ounce scoop, scoop all the truffles onto a cookie sheet tray that is lined with parchment paper. *If the chocolate is too hard, let it sit out for 5-10 minutes to scoop easier. If the chocolate is soft, put back into the refrigerator until firm enough to scoop.
  4. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
