No Bake Chocolate Chai Oat Bar Raw | Vegan
Makes 10 Bars
Ingredients:
- ¾ c applesauce
- ½ c water, warm
- ½ c maple
- ⅓ c coconut oil, melted
- 4 c oats, quick cook *make sure gluten free
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¾ tsp cinnamon, ground
- ¾ tsp ginger, ground
- ⅓ tsp cardamom, ground
- ⅓ tsp cloves, ground
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
- ½ tsp sea salt

Directions
- Grease an 8×8” pan.
- In a large bowl, mix together the applesauce, water, maple and coconut oil with a whisk until incorporated.
- Add oats, spices and sea salt to wet ingredients and mix until incorporated. Pour mixture Into the prepared pan. Place pan in refrigerator
- In a small bowl whisk together coconut oil and maple. Add raw cacao and whisk until smooth and shiny. May take a minute to whisk to shiny. Take pan out of the refrigerator, pour chocolate over bars and spread evenly over top. Wrap with plastic wrap and place back in refrigerator for 3 hours to overnight.
- Cut into 10 bars, serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
