Macadamia Ricotta Paleo | Grain Free | Vegan


  • ¾ cups raw macadamia nuts, dry
  • ¾ tablespoons lemon, juiced
  • ¼ cup nutritional yeast
  • ½ teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 ½ teaspoons minced dried onion
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk


  1. Soak macadamia nuts for 2-24 hours. Drain and rinse before use.
  2. Place all ingredients in a high powered blender and blend very well, about 4-6 minutes on high. Wipe down sides when needed. *You do not want chunks.
  3. Store in an airtight container. Serve cold or warm.
