Macadamia Ricotta Paleo | Grain Free | Vegan
Ingredients:
- ¾ cups raw macadamia nuts, dry
- ¾ tablespoons lemon, juiced
- ¼ cup nutritional yeast
- ½ teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 ½ teaspoons minced dried onion
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
Directions
- Soak macadamia nuts for 2-24 hours. Drain and rinse before use.
- Place all ingredients in a high powered blender and blend very well, about 4-6 minutes on high. Wipe down sides when needed. *You do not want chunks.
- Store in an airtight container. Serve cold or warm.
