Episode 6: Healthy Snacks
In this episode of nourished. I will show you how to make healthy snacks! I’ll make brownie bites, chocolate protein clusters, sweet and salty bites, and she shows you how to make trail mix to fit your cravings. These are great snack ideas for people that are new to healthy eating, for children or even for seasoned veterans. Everything I make is vegan and free or gluten, soy, corn, dairy, eggs, processed sugar, peanuts and hydrogenated oils.
