Sweet & Salty Bites Vegan | Raw

Makes: Makes around 20

Ingredients:

  • ½ c tahini
  • ⅓ c maple
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • ¼ tsp sea salt, fine
  • 1 ½ c quinoa cooked
  • 1 c oats
  • ⅔ c coconut flakes
  • ⅔ c roasted almonds, roughly chopped

Directions

  1. Place tahini, maple, vanilla, turmeric and sea salt into a medium sized bowl. Mix well with a whisk.
  2. Place quinoa, oats, coconut flakes and almonds into the bowl and mix well with a wooden spoon.
  3. Scoop ¾ oz-1 oz sized balls into an airtight container.
  4. Place in the fridge for 10 minutes before serving.
