Activated Charcoal Toothpaste

Toothpaste

Ingredients:

• 1 ½ cups virgin coconut oil, melted
• 9 tablespoons baking soda
• 1 teaspoon turmeric
• 3 capsules activated charcoal
• 50-100 drops peppermint, spearmint, or wintergreen essential oil

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients together. Pour into an airtight container of your choice. I use different sized mason jars.
2. Store in a cool place, below 70 degrees, and shake/stir every hour or so to keep the mixture from separating before it solidifies.

Note: This will last for up to 12 months in your bathroom, or 2 years in the freezer.
