Chocolate Acai Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon acai powder
  • 1 frozen banana 1 tablespoon raw cacao powder
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cashew milk or almond milk
  • 2 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1-ounce grain-free granola
  • 1 tbsp cacao nibs

Directions:

  1. Please acai, banana, raw cacao, milk and dates in Vitamix and blend on high until smooth, wiping down the sides as needed in between blends to ensure a smooth bowl.
  2. Pour mixture into serving bowl.
  3. Top with your favorite grain-free granola and cacao nibs
