- 1/2 cup quark cheese or blue cheese
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp coconut aminos
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves fresh garlic
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Place quark, coconut milk, red wine vinegar, coconut aminos, garlic, salt and pepper into a high-powered blender or food processor.
- Turn on and slowly add the olive oil until dressing is creamy and smooth.
- Enjoy on any salad or roasted veggie medley!
