Pistachio Cranberry Chocolate Bark

Pistachio Cranberry Chocolate Bark

Ingredients:

Chocolate:

  • 1 c raw cacao powder
  • ½ c coconut oil, melted
  • ½ c maple
  • ¼ tsp sea salt, fine

Toppings:

  • ⅓ c chopped pistachios, shelled
  • ⅓ c chopped cranberries, dried

Directions

  1. Place parchment paper on cookie sheet pan.
  2. Mix cacao, coconut oil, maple and sea salt in a mixing bowl with whisk until smooth, shiny and without any lumps.
  3. Pour chocolate onto parchment paper and spread out to ¼-½” thick.
  4. Sprinkle toppings over the chocolate evenly.
  5. Freeze for 15 minutes.
  6. Take out of the freezer and break into pieces of your desired size.
  7. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
