No-Bake Chocolate Oat Bar

Makes 10 Bars!
No-Bake Chocolate Oat Bar
Ingredients:
- 3⁄4 cup Coyo yogurt
 - 1⁄2 cup water, warm
 - 1⁄2 cup maple syrup
 - 2 teaspoon vanilla
 - 1⁄3 cup coconut oil, melted
 - 4 cup oats, quick cook *make sure gluten free
 - 1⁄2 teaspoon sea salt
 - For the chocolate:
- 1⁄4 cup coconut oil, melted
 - 1⁄4 cup maple syrup
 - 1⁄3 cup raw cacao
 
 
Directions:
- Grease an 8×8” pan.
 - In a large bowl, mix together the yogurt, water, maple, vanilla and coconut oil with a whisk until incorporated.
 - Add oats and sea salt to wet ingredients and mix until incorporated. Pour mixture into the prepared pan. Place pan in the refrigerator.
 - In a small bowl whisk together coconut oil and maple.
 - Add raw cacao and whisk until smooth and shiny. (May take a minute to whisk to shiny.)
 - Take pan out of the refrigerator, pour chocolate over bars and spread evenly over top. Wrap with plastic wrap and place back in the refrigerator for 2 hours to overnight.
 - Cut into 10 bars, serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
