Hot Dog Buns

Hot Dog Buns
Ingredients:
- 1⁄2 cup unsweetened coconut yogurt (I use Coyo)
 - 2 eggs
 - 1 1⁄4 cup almond meal
 - 1 tablespoon flax meal
 - 1 tablespoon baking powder
 - 2 teaspoons guar gum
 - 1⁄2 teaspoon sea salt
 
Directions:
- In a large mixing bowl, add yogurt and eggs and whisk until smooth and incorporated.
 - Add almond meal, flax meal, baking powder, guar gum, and sea salt to wet ingredients and mix with a wooden or your hands.
 - Once the ball of dough has formed grease a cookie sheet pan, and preheat oven to 375.
 - Form 3 hot dog buns and place them side by side, touching, on the pan.
 - Cover with a damp cloth, and let rise for 10 minutes.
 - Take cloth off, and bake for 30-40 minutes. (The bottoms will be browned.)
 - Let cool on a cooling rack completely before slicing halfway through the middle to easily insert the hot dog.
