Chocolate Acai Bowl
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon acai powder
 - 1 frozen banana 1 tablespoon raw cacao powder
 - 1/4 cup unsweetened cashew milk or almond milk
 - 2 Medjool dates, pitted
 - 1-ounce grain-free granola
 - 1 tbsp cacao nibs
 
Directions:
- Please acai, banana, raw cacao, milk and dates in Vitamix and blend on high until smooth, wiping down the sides as needed in between blends to ensure a smooth bowl.
 - Pour mixture into serving bowl.
 - Top with your favorite grain-free granola and cacao nibs
