Banana Bee Bites

Banana Bee Bites
Ingredients:
- 2 cups dates, soaked in 2 cups water
 - 2 bananas
 - 1 1⁄4 cups almond meal
 - 1 1⁄2 cups vanilla protein (I use Ora or Sunwarrior)
 - 2 tablespoons bee pollen powder
 - 2 tablespoons chia seeds
 - 1⁄4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
 
Directions
- Soak dates in water for 2-24 hours. Drain before using.
 - Add dates and bananas to high powered blender or food processor, and blend on high until smooth (about 1-2 minutes).
 - Add date/banana puree to large bowl. Add almond meal, vanilla protein, bee pollen, chia seeds and cinnamon to bowl with puree. Stir until dough forms. *I use homemade almond meal, if your dough is too wet add more almond meal until desired thickness.
 - Scoop bites into airtight container with desired sized scoop. (I use a 1 oz scoop.)
 - Cover and refrigerate or freeze until ready to eat.
