Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened cashew milk, or almond milk
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1 tablespoons almond butter
  • ½ scoop vanilla sunwarrior protein powder
  • 1-2 tablespoons maple
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¾ teaspoon ground turmeric
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 scoop ice

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high powered blender, blend until smooth.
