Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsweetened cashew milk, or almond milk
 - 1 banana, frozen
 - 1 tablespoons almond butter
 - ½ scoop vanilla sunwarrior protein powder
 - 1-2 tablespoons maple
 - 1 tablespoon chia seeds
 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
 - ¾ teaspoon ground turmeric
 - ½ teaspoon ground ginger
 - 1 scoop ice
 
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a high powered blender, blend until smooth.
