Pecan Pie Bites Vegan | Raw
Ingredients:
- 1 c dates, soaked
 - ¾ c pecans, soaked
 - ⅜ c date water
 - 1 tbsp maple syrup
 - 2 tsp cinnamon
 - ¼ c organic vanilla sunwarrior protein
 - 1 ½ c almond flour
 - ½ c dry pecans, chopped and dry
 
Directions
- Soak ¾ c pecans & dates for 2 hours up to 24 hours. Drain pecans. Drain dates and reserve the date water.
 - Place dates, pecans, ⅜ c date water and maple syrup into a high powered blender or food processor. Blend on high until smooth, wiping down the edges if needed to get all the chunks blended.
 - Place pecan paste in a large bowl with the cinnamon, protein powder, almond flour and chopped pecans. Mix well with a wooden spoon until incorporated.
 - Scoop ¾ -1 oz balls into an airtight container.
 - Refrigerate for 10 minutes before serving.
