Pistachio Cranberry Chocolate Bark
Ingredients:
Chocolate:
- 1 c raw cacao powder
 - ½ c coconut oil, melted
 - ½ c maple
 - ¼ tsp sea salt, fine
 
Toppings:
- ⅓ c chopped pistachios, shelled
 - ⅓ c chopped cranberries, dried
 
Directions
- Place parchment paper on cookie sheet pan.
 - Mix cacao, coconut oil, maple and sea salt in a mixing bowl with whisk until smooth, shiny and without any lumps.
 - Pour chocolate onto parchment paper and spread out to ¼-½” thick.
 - Sprinkle toppings over the chocolate evenly.
 - Freeze for 15 minutes.
 - Take out of the freezer and break into pieces of your desired size.
 - Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
